Moon Cycles for those Who No Longer Menstrate
Even after menopause, when the menstrual cycle has completed its work, you will still notice rhythms of energy, creativity, productivity, rest, and reflection moving through your life in connection with the moon. Ayurveda has long observed that our bodies remain in relationship with the cycles of the natural world, including the moon. I find this idea deeply comforting. There are times for doing and times for being, times for gathering energy and times for turning inward. The moon gives us a beautiful reminder that both are necessary.
I write more about women's cyclical nature, lunar wisdom, and living in rhythm with your body in Everyday Ayurveda for Women's Health. And I'm super excited to share that this popular book will be available via paperback on September 15th!
