Ways to Experience Ayurveda with Me outside the internet
One of the reasons I continue offering retreats, immersions, and trainings is that Ayurveda is really meant to be experienced with the senses involved. It’s hard to fully understand this wisdom only through a screen. The most meaningful teaching I’ve ever done hasn’t happened on the internet or even in a consultation room. It’s happened around tables in India, sharing meals together. On yoga mats in Italy, after long conversations about seasonal living and women’s health. In kitchens where everyone’s hands smell faintly of cumin and ginger by the end of the day. There’s something about learning Ayurveda in a community that changes the experience completely. You remember the teachings differently when you’ve cooked them, traveled with them, laughed over them, and lived them alongside other people.
That’s honestly why I keep creating these experiences. Not just to teach information, but to create spaces where Ayurveda becomes something tangible and real. Something you can actually feel in your body and carry home with you afterward.
Some of you come as Ayurveda professionals or yoga teachers wanting to deepen your studies. Others come simply because you love this wisdom and feel better every day in your body. Both belong here!
