Prana and Vata
Prana is a key concept in both Ayurveda and Yoga. Cultivating relationship with the movements of life energy allows practitioners to work efficiently in yoga to foster healthy, rhythmic circulation. This class will guide students through an asana and pranayama sequence to illustrate the locations and functions of the five movement-patterns in the body, or Vayus: Vyana, Udana, Samana, Prana and Apana.
