This afternoon will include lecture, guided visualization, meditation basics, and simple pranayama to help yoga practitioners understand and access the movements of Prana, and the philosophy underlying the subtle body as expressed by traditional Yoga. We will discuss the 8 limbs, the 5 koshas, 5 Prana Vayus, Nadi, and Chakra (energy pathways and nerve centers). Open and accessible for all levels. This workshop can be attended in parts, or the whole afternoon.
