Back Bending the Ashtanga Way

Join me and Rich Ray. A healthy approach to back bending stems from a step-by-step approach and consistency of practice. We will practice a sequence to release physical restrictions through warm-ups and yoga postures, relieve mental afflictions through breath awareness, and preserve the nervous system through moderation of effort.  Gain take-away tools and inspiration for the journey. This workshop is open to all who have one year or more experience in any kind of yoga classes.
