Spring Detox Cooking Series with Kripalu Online


This 3-week series with Kripalu Online will cover breakfasts, lunch meals, and easy dinners that showcase foods for spring cleansing. The recipes will be primarily vegan. Participants will receive all recipes and shopping lists before the program begins and are encouraged to prepare meals in real time during the classes. Educate, AND eat well!
