This workshop is for anyone interested in learning how to select, prepare, and enjoy foods that help balance excess heat from an Ayurvedic perspective. A thoughtfully chosen summer diet can support clear and healthy skin, calm acid indigestion, reduce inflammation, and promote overall balance during the warmer months. Summer is naturally a time to enjoy lighter, fresher, whole foods with gentle cleansing qualities.

2:00 – 3:30 pm | Lunch & Discussion
A nourishing, seasonal vegetarian lunch inspired by summer recipes
from Kate’s books. We’ll continue the conversation over the meal, with
space for questions, reflections, and practical tips for integrating
Ayurveda in daily life.
After lunch, there will be time for a book signing for those who would
like Kate to sign their books.
